Summary: VoiceBen uses only strictly necessary cookies to operate the application. We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking cookies, or analytics cookies that share data with third parties. You can use VoiceBen without accepting any optional cookies.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet or phone) when you visit a website. They allow the website to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time, so you don't have to keep re-entering information.

2. Cookies We Use

VoiceBen uses the following cookies:

No third-party tracking cookies. VoiceBen does not embed any Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising networks, or social media tracking scripts that would place cookies on your device without your knowledge.

3. Cookies Set by Third-Party Services

When you proceed to payment through Stripe, Stripe's own cookies may be set on the Stripe-hosted checkout page. These are subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy and are not controlled by VoiceBen.

Google Fonts (used for typography on our public pages) may set performance cookies. These do not contain personal information and are used solely to serve fonts efficiently.

4. Managing Cookies

Since VoiceBen only uses strictly necessary cookies, disabling them will prevent you from using authenticated parts of the application (your dashboard). You can manage cookies through your browser settings:

Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
Edge: Settings → Privacy, search and services → Cookies

Note that deleting your session cookie will log you out of VoiceBen immediately.

5. Cookie Consent

As VoiceBen only uses strictly necessary cookies required for the operation of the service, we are not required to obtain prior consent for their use under applicable law (including GDPR Recital 47 and the UK PECR). By using VoiceBen you acknowledge this use of strictly necessary cookies.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we change the types of cookies we use, we will update this policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent. The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last updated.
